About BIWIC

The 30th International Workshop on Industrial Crystallization (BIWIC 2025) will be held in Tianjin, China from September 3rd to 6th, 2025. The conference will be co-hosted by Tianjin University and Hebei University of Technology, with Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering Jingkang Wang, Prof. Qiuxiang Yin from Tianjin University and Prof. Joachim Ulrich as honorary chairman. Prof. Hongxun Hao from Tianjin University and Prof. Jianxin Chen from Hebei University of Technology act as executive chairman for this workshop.

The International Workshop on Industrial Crystallization (BIWIC), first held in Bremen, Germany in 1990, has been held in Germany, France, China, South Korea, Denmark, South Africa, Netherlands, Thailand, Finland, and Sweden. It has developed into one of the most influential international academic conferences in the field of industrial crystallization.

The conference aims to share and discuss the cutting-edge knowledge and achievements of industrial crystallization, and find novel and challenging industrial crystallization science topics in exchange and discussion, and promote close cooperation between academia and industry.

This event will bring together experts and scholars from all over the world to discuss cutting-edge technologies and research results in the field of industrial crystallization. It is expected that scholars and professionals from all over the world can actively share ideas and broaden their horizons at this seminar.

The language of the conference is English

For posters, the size should fit 0.90 meter wide and 1.2 meter high.
You should prepare your poster to fit the board.

The conference would be held in The St. Regis Tianjin, China, which also provide accommodation (600 CNY (about 72 EUR) per day, breakfast included).
Due to the peak period for tourism and conferences in September, the housing supply would probably be tight, so please make room reservations as early as possible.

For international delegates, direct flights to Tianjin Binhai International Airport (TSN) or Beijing Daxing International Airport (PKX) (with direct link by high-speed train to Tianjin, about 40-50 min to Tianjin Railway Station / Tianjin West Railway Station) is recommended.
